Tammy, driven by a lifelong passion for interior design, has an eye for creating warm, inviting environments that feel like home. Together, we have worked in hospitality throughout the years and understand the importance of exceptional guest experiences. Our co-hosting services take the stress out of short-term rentals by handling everything from guest communication to cleanings and

Yes! Tammy professionally designs spaces separate from our Co-Hosting services or together as a full package deal. Whatever fits your situation!
Do you allow pets?
Some of our properties allows pets. Please refer to each listing to determine if pets are allowed.
Is parking available on site?
Some of our properties provide private parking making it convenient and hassle-free for you to park your vehicle while other properties are located in the heart of Downtown Annapolis in which parking is only available at the local parking garages conveniently located within 0.2 miles from the house. Please refer to each individual property for specific details.
What amenities are provided?
Our rental properties are equipped with a wide range of amenities to enhance your stay. You can expect amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and in-unit laundry facilities at all of our properties and other high-end amenities such as hot tubs, pool tables, and direct water access at a few individual properties. Feel free to review each property description or contact the host for specific amenities provided at each rental.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change and have provided a specific cancellation policy per each individual property. For further details, please review each individual property specifically and don't hesitate to reach out to the host with any specific questions!

Two of us (best friends) came for the weekend to visit my daughter in college. Such a great location in downtown historic Annapolis! So close to the waterfront, easy walk to many wonderful restaurants, Main St. shops, the State House, Naval Academy & St. John's College! The parking garage is close by - - though you honestly don't need a car (we drove from Cape Cod so we just parked it for the weekend). Lovely decor and thoughtful touches. The second and third floor were each it's own bedroom and ensuite bath; they were lovely and we each enjoyed our own personal/private space. Tammy was very proactive and responsive. We've been to Annapolis multiple times but one got the sense that Tammy was at the ready should you have any questions or in need of anything (which we were not)! All in all, would definitely recommend!

Couldn't have asked for a better location and authentic Annapolis house. Easy to get to and great for ease of navigating downtown Annapolis. The rooms and bathrooms were up to date and clean. The house had lots of charm and places for our family to hang out when back from the days travels. Great recommendations too! Parking was the only challenge but we did have the boat show which made it a unique situation. Would stay here again

We had a 2 year old with us, and didn't need to bring big things (like a pack n play, highchair), or little things (like childrens utensils) to have home like amenities.
