Do you allow pets?
Some of our properties allows pets. Please refer to each listing to determine if pets are allowed.
Is parking available on site?
Some of our properties provide private parking making it convenient and hassle-free for you to park your vehicle while other properties are located in the heart of Downtown Annapolis in which parking is only available at the local parking garages conveniently located within 0.2 miles from the house. Please refer to each individual property for specific details.
What amenities are provided?
Our rental properties are equipped with a wide range of amenities to enhance your stay. You can expect amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and in-unit laundry facilities at all of our properties and other high-end amenities such as hot tubs, pool tables, and direct water access at a few individual properties. Feel free to review each property description or contact the host for specific amenities provided at each rental.
What is your cancellation policy?

We had a wonderful stay! The location was fantastic: Easy to find and conveniently close to everything we needed during our trip. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the backyard was such a charming space to relax in. The fire pit was a great touch, and both our group and our dog absolutely loved spending time outside. One of our favorite features was the enclosed back porch. It was the perfect spot to kick back with a cold drink and watch World Cup highlights. The day we got home, we also received a very sweet note from Tammy, so suffice it to say, their care for their guests is unmatched. Overall, this was a great find, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay at Tammy and Justin's place again. Highly recommend!

If only we could give Tammy and her beautiful home more than five stars! Our family of ten and our pups had an amazing stay. Tammy was friendly from the very beginning, and it was clear she genuinely cared about us having a wonderful experience. The home is immaculate, with furnishings that are both chic and very comfortable. Everything was sparkling clean and inviting. Any amenity we could possibly want or need was available and easy to enjoy. The pool was incredibly refreshing in the 90-degree weather, and we had a blast grilling, soaking in the hot tub, and playing corn hole and fetch with the pups. We can’t wait to return!

This is a beautiful home in a great location! The house was spotless and we loved the fenced in back yard for our Yorkie. The back yard is also great for entertaining - it had a hot tub, fire pit, hammock, and chair swings. We had a power outage during that horrible storm on June 12. Justine and Tammy responded to us within the hour and they were extremely helpful! We plan to book this house again next year!!
