Some of our properties provide private parking making it convenient and hassle-free for you to park your vehicle while other properties are located in the heart of Downtown Annapolis in which parking is only available at the local parking garages conveniently located within 0.2 miles from the house. Please refer to each individual property for specific details.

What amenities are provided?

Our rental properties are equipped with a wide range of amenities to enhance your stay. You can expect amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and in-unit laundry facilities at all of our properties and other high-end amenities such as hot tubs, pool tables, and direct water access at a few individual properties. Justins house was perfect for 8 guests. I love the house as it had upper living room and downstairs living room. They supplied so many extras in the home. We loved the location and loved the backyard. You are near neighbors but they created such a cozy space with a fire pit, adirondacks, swinging chairs, hot tub, grill area. Stayed at this wonderful house for Plebe Parents Weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better location, especially since we would go back often to escape the humidity. It is steps away from the harbor and shops and a short two blocks from the naval academy gate. The house is immaculate and charming. The bedrooms are spacious and my teen daughter loved the attic room. The house was well stocked with supplies and Tammy was an amazing host, great communication and helpful with information on the area. She made our stay seeing our Naval Academy Plebe so special. Thank you for a wonderful stay Side note on homes in the area: This is no fault of the house but we had my parents in their 80’s with us and downtown homes are built narrow and tall with steep staircases. The bedrooms are often on the second floor and can be difficult for people who have trouble with stairs. They ended up taking them slow and were fine but it’s a steep staircase (as are most of them in the historical area

I can't say enough wonderful things about Tammy and this property. I rented this home for my large family to all get together for a few days and it was beyond perfect. The house was incredibly spacious, well stocked, clean, etc. Tammy was an incredibly responsive and proactive host. I had mentioned that we had hired a Hibachi chef to come to the house the first night. Since it was supposed to rain she proactively ordered two folding tables so we could use them outside under the pergola. She also went out of her way to find me a local baker to bake a few cakes. Every time I messaged her with a question she responded right away. The pool was also awesome. Our family was hesitant to stay at a home with a pool since we had small children staying with us, but Tammy thought of every safety precaution in including door alarms and providing life jackets. I've stayed in many Airbnbs and this home and host was the best I've seen. Thank you again, Tammy!

This place is a great location from downtown. We walked there a few times during our stay but was mainly there to hangout with my European friends. The space was perfect for the 6 of us with enough space to get away and hangout together. TVs everywhere, and strong internet. Brought my dog and he loved the flat yard. What an amazing place! We stayed for 5 days for our yearly family summer reunion vacation and it was the perfect spot! The house and property had so many amenities! We spent hours in the new pool, and the backyard has so many ways to enjoy the day and night. We put up a volleyball net and played for hours. One of our favorite Airbnb stays! This historic home beautifully balances vintage charm with thoughtful modern updates. We loved the F. Scott Fitzgerald quote, the tasteful décor, and the peaceful backyard with string lights. The location was perfect—an easy walk to restaurants and everything in the historic district. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped with plenty of cookware and pantry basics. The beds were comfortable, the sheets were incredibly soft, and the air conditioning kept the entire house cool, even upstairs. Justin’s place was absolutely perfect for our girls getaway! The house and backyard were perfect and exactly as described. It was close enough to Annapolis but just far enough to be quiet and peaceful. They had paddle boards available at the house and we brought 2 more of our own and had a beautiful morning out on the water, which is easily walkable from the house. We had a minor issue with the kitchen sink while there and Justin was extremely quick to respond and helpful in getting it fixed, all while making sure we were not inconvenienced in the fix. We loved our vacation in Pasadena! The hosts were amazing! We arrived along with some tornadoes, and the hosts reached out before we even checked in to let us know what was going on and stayed in touch with us the entire evening to make sure we were set. They came and quickly restored anything offset by storm damage so we could enjoy the gorgeous property for the rest of our stay. There is SO much to do; the photos don’t do it justice. We were impressed with all the amenities, the space and peaceful location. There was something for everyone, no matter what we were in the mood for. This is our second time staying at Tammy's Annapolis house. The location is amazing - a quick turn down an "alley" and you're in the heart of the waterfront in Annapolis. The street is adorable and it's a lovely walk to shops, restaurants, the dock, the capital, and St. John's College. I love that the townhouse is pet-friendly and our small terrier is right at home. Everything is beautifully updated in this 2 bed 2.5 bath house, AC works well, both bedrooms and bathrooms are good size, and one even has a walk-in dressing area. There are plenty of linens for beds and baths plus extra fans. Hairdryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash provided. Having a washer is helpful too. If you're staying with a group I'd suggest bringing ear plugs as the stairs in the historic home are very noisy, and eye masks because it gets bright. It is definitely more expensive than others nearby but it is a great remodel, well-appointed, and Tammy is as nice as can be.

Oh my gosh. We were so sad to leave. This house is absolutely perfect and the memories we made will last a lifetime. The kids were outside from sun up to sun down. It was a quick trip, but this house made it feel like we packed a full vacation into just a few days.There was always something to do, from the game room with the arcade games and air hockey to the poker table and all the great spaces to hang out. This property is a lovely home, and so peaceful and quiet. We got comfortable very quickly. Everything was spread out and perfect for us: 2 parents with their 2 kids (both in separate bedrooms) downstairs, grandparents on 1st floor, and other adults upstairs. Great kitchen (plus 1 downstairs, but we didn't use that) w/lots of equipment (though we we stayed away from the scratched non-stick cookware - always a potential hazard, but especially since one of the guests was pregnant). Wonderful spaces: back yard seating areas (w/swings!), outdoor dining table, office, front porch seating for watching the sunset, etc. 25' x 15' pool was too small for all 9 of us (esp as steps extend way out), but we knew what we were signing up for so it wasn't a surprise - grateful for it during an historic heat wave. Tammy was very responsive, friendly and helpful; clearly knows how to make guests feel at home. Easy to get to; would definitely consider renting again.

I have been using AirBnB since 2011. This place is one of the best. Tammy made everything easy. Upon booking she sent a guide which helped us plan. She had everything we needed and more. The pool was incredibly refreshing in the 90-degree weather, and we had a blast grilling, soaking in the hot tub, and playing corn hole and fetch with the pups. We can’t wait to return!

Each year myself and two high school girl friends plan a weekend trip and this house was a perfect meeting spot. It’s conveniently two the quaint Annapolis area and pretty quiet all things considered. There is an alley on one side that we could hear people cutting through, but it wasn’t anything disruptive and honestly the occasional noise was worth it for the convenience of the shortcut to the main streets. The house itself was beautifully decorated and cozy. It was everything we needed. Especially thankful for the host for accommodating last minute change of plans of bringing a pet dog. We were able to add on the pet fee with no problem.

We absolutely loved our stay at Andrew and Tami’s Airbnb! We were in town for Commissioning Week 2026, and the location could not have been more perfect, just steps from USNA and downtown Annapolis. The house was stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and easy stay: great coffee setup, ironing board and steamer, a cute cocktail area, comfortable living spaces, a wonderful dining room, and a great backyard for relaxing. Tami and Andrew were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. There were so many thoughtful touches throughout the house that I’m sure I won’t be able to name them all. One of my favorite parts was that my kids and I ended up playing board games together for the first time in years — there were so many great options to choose from. Every room had fresh towels and washcloths, and each bathroom was fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The linens were exceptionally soft, and the mattresses were wonderfully cozy. My mom died this year, and it was especially meaningful to be back in her old neighborhood. Two of us (best friends) came for the weekend to visit my daughter in college. Such a great location in downtown historic Annapolis! So close to the waterfront, easy walk to many wonderful restaurants, Main St. shops, the State House, Naval Academy & St. John's College! The parking garage is close by - - though you honestly don't need a car (we drove from Cape Cod so we just parked it for the weekend). Lovely decor and thoughtful touches. The second and third floor were each it's own bedroom and ensuite bath; they were lovely and we each enjoyed our own personal/private space. Tammy was very proactive and responsive. We've been to Annapolis multiple times but one got the sense that Tammy was at the ready should you have any questions or in need of anything (which we were not)! All in all, would definitely recommend!

I’d probably give this place 6 stars if I could. You can tell the hosts have spent their lives in the hospitality industry because all the little things are taken care of. For example - there are plenty of coffee pods which is honestly pretty rare. Usually kitchens are empty. It’s really nice to know there is coffee for the morning if you arrive late the night before. I replaced the pods we used of course to pass it on to the next guest. There are trash bags and dishwasher pods. You would be surprised how many homes have none of that. The screened in porch is so great - place to eat, place to relax and watch tv and right out in ten yard is a killer fire pit. The house has so much space. It’s super comfortable and the outdoor space is perfect. We love it so much. Can’t wait to go back. Neither can our dogs.

Our son barely used his devices because he was too busy fishing and kayaking with his dad, and we spent our nights hanging out in the game room instead of watching TV. Three logistical notes for future guests: - One of the full bathrooms is on the first floor, in the back of the house. Very nicely finished but a long way from the bedrooms on the 2nd and third floor. - One of the second floor bedrooms has a full-size bed (and this is advertised), which is really cozy for a couple. - Use the back door and alley to get to restaurants and bars. It saves steps and is super convenient. If we have the opportunity to visit Annapolis again, we would stay in this home again, without question.

I don’t even know where to begin. We couldn’t get over how awesome this house was from top to bottom. The kitchen was fully stocked and had a coffee bar like nothing I have ever seen. The location is perfect. It’s just a couple of minutes to downtown, making it super easy to take a cheap uber for dinner or shopping, without the hassle of having to find parking. We even walked to see how long it would take to get to the USNA Stadium for future Navy games and it was only about a 15-minute walk which is awesome. Unfortunately the weather was a little yucky one day, so we didn’t get to utilize the fire pit or outdoor room, but it honestly didn’t matter because the house had a ton of board games and things to do. It made for such a cozy, fun night in. If you’re looking for a stylish, modern, perfectly located place in Annapolis, this is it. We will definitely be back!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming house. It was a delightful experience with plenty of highlights. Here’s a breakdown of what made our stay enjoyable. The kitchen was a cook’s dream fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. A standout feature was the coffee bar, complete with to-go cups allowing us to enjoy our brews on the go. There was also a fantastic selection of tea and a kettle available. Soft robes and beach towels were provided, which added a lovely touch of comfort after using the hot tub or enjoying the lake. A convenient coat rack near the entrance helped us keep our space tidy, which we really appreciated. The well-furnished outdoor areas, complete with heaters, fire table, and fire pit created a cozy atmosphere. The transformation of the garage into a game room was amazing! It provided endless fun and entertainment. The shower in the master bathroom was a highlight, offering a refreshing massage. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

A beautiful creek front home with all you could ask for to enjoy time in MD. Pasadena is close to Annapolis and Baltimore and not a bad ride to DC. The house and grounds are spotless and so well detailed you don’t have to be running around to have fun things to do - it’s right there at this home. The yard is fenced and has everything you would need for young kids or pets to be safe. Loved this place. Pretty sure we’ll be returning next trip to MD. Decor is fabulous, fresh and crisp. Game room and Jacuzzi were a major plus! The neighborhood is quiet and there’s a great park right down the street. And the water. Did I mention the water? Excellent place! Fabulous host! WOW! This house is beautiful and exactly as described. Tammy and Justin are amazing welcoming hosts. This peaceful quiet retreat is just magnificent. Our mornings were spent having coffee on the deck while watching the wildlife. Fish jumping (which I couldn’t catch lack of luck) . Eagles, osprey and deer visited daily. Our evening were spent with laughter, cooking together and cocktails by the fire pit. Unfortunately due to scheduling and the weather prevented us from using the hot tub but will use on our next visit. Our nights were restful in the comfortable beds. My regret is not being here longer to enjoy all the amenities. I will highly recommend this home to my family and friends. I’m looking forward to returning to this home when in the area. Tammy’s place is absolutely amazing. The setting on the water, the spacious front yard, the fenced in back yard, the side yard, the dock; this property is all you could ask for. It also has all the outdoor amenities you could want: 2 fire tables, huge deck with great furniture, hot tub, paddle boards, spacious driveway, etc… The inside of the home was just as stunning. The living area is open and huge. We had a family with 7 adults over 20 and a 1 yr old and it felt very roomy. Everything was clean and felt new. The bedrooms had plenty of space and the master bathroom shower was crazy luxurious. I haven’t even mentioned the rec room which was a large space with couch, TV, cool arcade game, putting green, and had a sweet pool table.The extra bedroom in there was perfect for two sons to stay in apart from the main home, with late night fun that didn’t disrupt the main house. We hit a significant problem during our stay that Tammy handled attentively and generously. Can’t wait to return!

The master bathroom shower was the most amazing shower I think I’ve ever experienced! The detached game room was the perfect hangout for the kids. They also loved the kayaks. The creek was a very safe and quiet place for them to explore on kayak. The only thing I’ll say about the creek is, it is not very clean. My daughter capsized her kayak (which was very funny in hindsight) but I had to wash her clothes twice because there was a definite odor on her clothes. But that is of no fault of anyone but Mother Nature and water flow, haha. The deck furniture was very comfortable and the Adirondack chairs by the firepit were also very comfy. The hot tub was AMAZING!!!! Tammy was very responsive to my 87 questions before and during our visit. THANK YOU TAMMY!!!

Tammy's home was a great landing spot for our weekend in Annapolis. The location really is perfect - around the corner from the USNA (if that is why you're there), around the other corner from downtown and the dock. It's on a lovely residential street and steps from wonderful sights, restaurants, and shops. Also dog friendly! It's an updated and charming 3 story rowhouse. The living room, a small kitchen table, coffee bar, and kitchen take up the first floor. There is an exterior door to a tiny patio (no yard) and a couple steps up to a powder room. The second floor has one bedroom and en suite bath. The third floor has another bedroom and en suite bathroom. The third floor bed/bath is larger but it was a little warmer the night we checked in. Both have queen beds. Probably not the right house for older folks with mobility challenges or little kids. Has AC and fans. Plenty of supplies from sheets, towels, robes, kitchen items, coffee pods, etc. There is a combo washer/dryer.

She came over after a long and hard day’s work to address an issue which I had brought to her attention. We rented for USNA Commissioning week. It was a fantastic location. We were a block from USNA gate 1. There is an alley on the side of the house brings you right to the city dock area (DTA). It included a residential parking space (which is not guaranteed) in front of the house but we were able to park close everyday, as my daughter had to run some errands but we were able to walk to all the events on the yard and saved us so much time. The house was very clean and well stocked. We did not have to purchase any additional toiletries, garbage bags, or laundry detergent. The bedrooms are all upstairs. It was a great place. The hosts were very responsive to any questions that arose during our stay & response time was less than 10 minutes. They were very accommodating with letting us know when the house was ready and gave us extra time to depart as we had to get several to the airport and to another hotel. We had a great stay!

This place is even better than advertised. I have stayed in countless rental properties, and I think this is the best yet. The house is very nice, decorated beautifully and has a water view. The backyard was large and had a cool fire pit with hanging chairs and hammock. Loved the hot tub and twinkle lights everywhere. The house was very cleaned and stocked with all of the necessities (and more)! Hosts were very accommodating to our little one with a pack n play, high chair and kids dishes. Highly recommend this property!

I can't say enough about this fantastic rental! We have stayed at multiple homes in the area and this is one of our top ones to return to. Super clean and neat. The bed was so comfortable I slept better than I do at home! The full bathrooms within each bedroom are magazine worthy. And let's not forget about the coffee bar - keurig, drip or french press they have it covered, even provided coffee, creamers and to-go cups! I also enjoyed sitting on the front stoop in the rocker enjoying one of those cups of coffee! Tammy is a great host and very responsive to all of our communications. I look forward to returning!

This is a great spot, very clean and well laid out. We were in Annapolis for a swim meet at the academy and this was a perfect spot. We walked just a block down the same street and the Commodore Barry entrance was right there. Just 25 feet from the front door was a little alley that takes you right into the center of Annapolis, less than a minute walk. Tammy was super communicative and generally just really pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend!

We had a great time at Justin's place! We were 2 families with 5 small kids getting out of DC for the holiday weekend, and Justin's place gave us just what we needed. The kids had a great time playing in the downstairs playroom, making snowmen in the big backyard, playing with the puzzles and games, and walking across the street to see the frozen water. The house had everything we needed, and we hope to go back in warmer weather to take advantage of the beach access! Justin was a fantastic host - super communicative, responsive and understanding (like I said, 5 small kids :) - he even came to the house late the first night to drop off extra crib sheets for the pack and play! And the location was great - a quiet street, near the water, but also super close to a shopping center that had everything we needed (grocery store, pizza shop, liquor store), and just 15 minutes to all the places we wanted to go. We had a great time!

We ended up renting a huge SUV and had no trouble finding parking, which was a concern. My only regret is that we were only in town for a wedding weekend. I'm so glad we booked in advance.

The location is truly what makes this house worth every penny. We could walk to the academy via gate 1. Probably a 5 minutes walk to gate 1. We walked to all of the numerous restaurants we ate at, stores we shopped at, and boat tours we enjoyed. The Rise Up coffee place in the back of the Market House Restaurant has amazing coffee and it became our daily morning stop. For those with mids this is a perfect house.

This house had amazing charm and was just steps from the hot spots in Annapolis! Plenty of room for a large party of girls to sleep and get ready! Parking is a bit of a bear, recommend getting a municipal parking pass in advance and/or dropping off luggage at house then finding parking for the duration of stay. It’s a very walkable city and Uber/Lyft friendly.
